Today in BDA: ETNZ has "a good day" against Artemis in two practice races

Tuesday, May 23, 2017

QUOTE-UNQUOTE: "[Peter] Lester, who emphasised caution was needed in analysing practice results, said that TNZ helmsman Peter Burling won both starts. Lester called the first race - when TNZ sailed without a jib and fell off the foils at one point - as even. The second, when Artemis came off their foils, was clear advantage to TNZ in conditions up to 18 knots." –NZ Herald's web report "Dockside Bermuda" sponsored by Toyota just out on the surprise practice racing today between Emirates Team New Zealand and Artemis Racing, referring to a video report (included with the online story) by veteran commentator and former AC sailor, Peter Lester (NZL).
