NO, ST FRANCIS YACHT CLUB IS NOT ON FIRE, although when a friend texted me this photo just now I sure thought it was. The Club is conducting a Safety-at-Sea seminar today, including "proper" use of flares. Thankfully, in this case where there's smoke, there is no fire.
