TWT: Bob Fisher (GBR) will join live via Skype with the reaction to Ben Ainslie's new team owner/sponsor INEOS, his views on whether Kiting should be a 2024 Olympic Sailing event, and more

Tuesday, May 1, 2018

SAN FRANCISCO – Join us for our May Day "Tuesdays with TFE" live webcast – as usual at 1300 Pacific / 1600 Eastern / 2200 CET / 0800+1 NZT on the SI Facebook page: By popular request once again our special live guest, via Skype, will be Bob Fisher (GBR), widely regarded as the "Dean" of the international yachting journalists.

We will of course update on the progress of the VOR fleet on Leg 8 to Newport, RI, including a "one hears" of who may be trying to buy the VOR from Volvo. "The Fish" has strong views on whether Kiting should be selected for two of the 2024 Olympic Sailing medals, which comes up for a vote at World Sailing in May. More, too, on a potential second America's Cup team from the USA, and the reaction to, and fallout from, last week's announcement by Ben Ainslie of the UK petrochemical company INEOS as his AC team's new owner/sponsor.

Join us on May Day for our weekly webcast "Tuesday's with TFE" when our special guest will once again be the popular yachtsman-journalist-raconteur Bob Fisher (GBR), live via Skype. 1300 Pacific / 1600 Eastern / 2200 CET / 0800+1 NZT on our SI Facebook page:
