VOR: 'Scallywags never give up!!...Our delivery crew have arrived and we are now in a race again

PUERTO MONTT, CHILE – An hour ago Sun Hung Kai / Scallywag skipper David Witt (AUS) posted this, screengrab below, to the team's Facebook page. Great news and congrats to the entire team as they fight on to continue in the Volvo Ocean Race in "John's memory and honor" – John, of course, being the late John Fisher (GBR/AUS) who was lost at sea after being dwept overboard from SHK/Scallywag nine days ago on VOR Leg 7 (New Zealand to Brazil) about 1400nm west of Cape Horn.

The start of the Leg 8 from Itajaí, Brazil to Newport, RI, USA is April 22nd.
