Youth Match Racing Worlds: Harry Price (AUS) confirms his favorite status

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Harry Price of Australia, ranked No. 6 in the world, went 5-0 Tuesday at the Youth Match Racing World Championship to share the lead with New Zealand's George Anyon and Italy's Ettore Botticini. Price is considered the favorite even though he finished fourth two weeks ago in the Governor's Cup, the prestigious invitational youth match racing championship also hosted by the Balboa Yacht Club. –Bernie Wilson, the AP's esteemed SoCal sports writer, in his story after today's Day 1 racing, via the AP and the SF Chronicle. Harry Price (AUS) and his team leading the way on Day 1 of the Youth Match Racing World Championship hosted by Balboa Yacht Club off Newport Beach, CA. Price is tied at the top of the leaderboard on five wins with George Anyon (NZL) and, surprisingly, Ettore Botticini (ITA).
