I CAN'T REMEMBER IF Johnny Heineken (USA, San Francisco) is a two- or three-time world champion on kite boards, but the following series of pix from today's San Francisco Challenge event at the St. Francis Yacht Club might help one understand some of Johnny's je ne sais quois.
